Mr. Drouet is the ideal Private Equity CFO because his background includes both solid accounting credentials as well as a proven record as an entrepreneur. These qualifications mean that he is able both to oversee reporting and audits to limited partners as well as provide financial analysis and oversight that he has provided to grow companies. Mr. Drouet possesses over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management in a variety of industries, including oil and gas. Mr. Drouet founded Rice Exploration as well as the Sam Houston Race Park, and has participated in debt and equity raises in the millions for a variety of companies across a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Drouet began his career in the early 1970s at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he remained until 1981. He is a Texas Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Rice University with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a masters degree in Accounting.
