Mr. Francois brings more than 30 years of experience in Transportation Management, and is recognized as one of the top maritime executives worldwide. Larry is the immediate past CEO and President of Delta Towing, LLC, a subsidiary of Hercules Offshore, Inc., (NASDAQ: HERO). Mr. Francois has a track record of turning around difficult situations and working with private equity. He worked previously as Senior VP of Operations of Trico Marine (NASDAQ: TRMA) and was integral to its turnaround, and president of Seabulk Offshore (NASDAQ: SBLK), a Carlyle Group/Riverstone investment that was acquired by Seacor (NYSE: CKH). Earlier in his career, Mr. Francois held various other positions with Zapata Gulf Marine, The Western Company of North America, Dillingham Maritime, and Tidewater (NYSE: TDW) domestically and abroad. Mr. Francois holds a BS Degree from St. Louis University and an MBA in International Management from Pepperdine University. Mr. Francois’ previous employment prohibits him from involvement in Brownwater marine companies until 2010.
